About BNGS


I launched BNGS Solutions in January 2023 with over a decade of sales experience and an approach deeply influenced by luxury hospitality. 

My career began in operations at a Beijing-based gourmet dining venture, where I oversaw the execution of catering events and developed training procedures and SOPs under the guidance of an innovative Michelin-starred chef. Following that, I had the privilege of joining the sales & marketing team at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, in Beijing and then New York City, honing my experience through collaboration with people from around the world.

My leadership skills were refined at BCV Social, a RateGain company, where I nurtured strategic relationships with stakeholders across the hospitality industry to sell social media marketing services. It was during my time at BCV as the VP of Sales and Revenue Ops that I was able to dive headfirst into sales operations, spearheading projects that focused on enhancing productivity for my team through process reengineering and CRM optimization.

My passion lies in identifying and removing the roadblocks that hinder sales processes, alleviating frustration and enabling teams to thrive. I've been fortunate to work with talented and enthusiastic teams from diverse industries around the globe, and I'm excited about the opportunity to help your team tackle their challenges to fuel bottom line growth.
